Guy Wadsworth
Commercial Director Mistral Asset Finance

Guy has joined Mistral to head up the Mistral Asset Finance business which was established to support Mistral customers and indeed all bus and coach operators, with the arrangement of finance for vehicle purchase and other items of capital expenditure.

Prior to joining Mistral Guy was the Sales Director at Davenham Group, a specialist commercial finance company and he has built up an excellent reputation through many years of experience in the asset finance market.

Outside of work Guy is a keen golfer and also enjoys football although activity on this front is now limited to 5-a-side, following his home team Bolton Wanderers and supporting his two sons.

Scott Burke

Scott joined the Mistral Asset Finance business in March 2010, after previously working for Hansar Finance/Alliance & Leicester for 3 years. His role is to help grow the MAF business by supporting the sales function, and build upon the strong existing customer relationships within Mistral. Outside of work Scott enjoys playing guitar, desperately trying to master the art of surfing, and supporting the blue half of Manchester!

Donna Street

Donna joined Mistral Asset Finance Ltd in March 2010 as Administration Manager having previously worked for Hansar Finance/Alliance Leicester as Sales Support Supervisor. The new role is mainly to be responsible for the processing of finance agreements and all administration tasks. Donna has worked in the banking industry for the past 15 years in various roles gaining invaluable experience. Donna’s hobbies include an (un)healthy obsession with David Beckham, holidays and spending time with her family.

Irene Bailey
Chief Financial Officer

Irene has joined Mistral as Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance team and to support the business through its next stages of growth. Prior to joining Mistral Irene held a number of senior finance roles including 7 years as Financial Controller with Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank.

Simon Fawcett
Chairman and Chief Executive

Simon has been a well known name in the bus industry for many years, being a successful operator in the 1980′s and early 90′s before diversifying into the supply side of the industry when he established Cheshire Bus and Coach, which in 1998 became Mistral. Simon looks after the purchasing and strategic side of the business. A keen sailor, flyer and golfer Simon is always on the go.

Bill Moore
Non-Executive Director

Bill is a Non-Executive Director for Mistral having previously held senior financial and operational positions in a number of sectors. Bill has joined to help the business develop its plans, systems and processes to support its growth ambitions and to assist in the review of its funding arrangements. Bill has three children and as well as delivering food parcels to various universities his hobbies include tennis, golf and sailing.
