Premiere Travel Ltd is a well established independent bus and coach operator based in Nottingham. Premiere recently completed on the purchase of a local trading division of a local competitor. The transaction included the transfer of several vehicles, and challenging completion deadlines were involved – not helped by the fact that the deal took place over the Christmas period.

This was a major investment for Premiere and MAF was appointed to arrange the funding. This was done using a combination of MAF’s own in-house vehicle funding, and arranging facilities with MAF’s external funding partners.

Commenting on his experience Matt Till (Commercial Manager) said; “This was a complex transaction, on which MAF provided invaluable help and support. The deal involved us purchasing a range of used buses and service contracts. MAF coordinated our negotiations with a number of different asset funders, leaving us to focus on our negotiations with the vendor.”
